Return Eligibility – What You Need to Know
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- Condition: The sneakers must be unworn, undamaged, and in flawless condition, free from any creases, scuffs, or signs of use.
- Packaging: The sneakers must be returned in their original packaging, including the original box, dust bags, tags, laces, and any accessories included at purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Return Authorization: All returns must be pre-approved via our support team. Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer or any address not provided by us, as these returns cannot be processed.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to the exclusive and collectible nature of our inventory, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale and clearance sneakers (these will be clearly marked at the time of purchase).
- Limited-edition or rare releases where the product page specifies “no returns.”
- Sneakers showing visible signs of wear, damage, or alterations not caused by ShoesZone.
- Gift cards, e-gift certificates, and digital products.
Refunds – How They Work
Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

- We will notify you if your return is approved or denied.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If your return is denied, we will provide a clear explanation and, where possible, offer alternatives such as a store credit or exchange.
Important:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Sale, discounted, or final-sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges – When Are They Possible?
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- The sneakers are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong size, model, or style due to our fulfillment error.
Exchanges will be made for the same product and size, or for a comparable item if the original is no longer available.

Return Shipping Policy
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable; if a refund is issued, the original shipping charge and the cost of the return label will be deducted.
- For sneakers valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. ShoesZone is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Delivery times for approved exchanges vary depending on product availability and your location.
